Duties: This position will work in an accounting/bookkeeping role keeping inventory lists up to date. While in the warehouse, you will unload products ranging from 5lbs – 20lbs on average, but must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Inventory will be recovered or shipped back to Amazon. From there all inventory that is received will be sent in from Amazon in Excel format 100,000 lines of data must be gone through and receivables uploaded to QuickBooks with the use of Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP. This position will finalize and complete purchase orders. This position will have initial training on the accounting and P.O. protocol and requirements.
Requires: Advanced Excel, Spreadsheets, QuickBooks, and inventory management. Must have previous experience with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and must have an accounting/inventory background. Must be versatile, energetic, and be multitasking.

Building Inspector I – Supply, NC

Building inspectors ensure that construction meets local and national building codes and ordinances, zoning regulations, and contract specifications.

Full Time: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm
Length: Temp or Temp – Perm (Temp-Perm for the right candidate, Otherwise Temp for 2 months)
Pay: $24.00
Requires: Certified Building Inspector Level 1, with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical certifications.
Duties:
– Review plans to ensure they meet building codes, local ordinances, and zoning regulations
– Approve building plans that are satisfactory
– Monitor construction sites periodically to ensure overall compliance
– Use survey instruments, metering devices, and test equipment to perform inspections
– Inspect plumbing, electrical, and other systems to ensure that they meet code
– Verify alignment, level, and elevation of structures to ensure building compliance
– Issue violation notices and stop-work orders until building is compliant
– Keep daily logs, including photographs taken during inspection
– Provide written feedback related to the findings
Building inspectors examine buildings, highways and streets, sewer and water systems, dams, bridges, and other structures. They also inspect electrical; heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration; and plumbing systems. Although no two inspections are alike, inspectors perform an initial check during the first phase of construction and follow-up inspections throughout the construction project. When the project is finished, they do a final, comprehensive inspection and provide written or oral feedback related to their findings.

Position will be filled by 1st week in January, and selected candidate must pass a pre-employment drug screening, background check, MVR, have a valid driver’s license, and reference check in order to be considered for this position.

– Duties: Typical Case load would consist primarily of chronic illnesses i.e. diabetics, hypertension etc… with a typical case load of 15-20 per day. In take of patient histories, perform physical exams, order labs, analyze lab results, prescribe medicines, authorize treatments and counsel patients and families on continued care. Facility uses EMR – “Cure MD”

– Requires: Minimum 2 years of working experience as an NP. Bilingual is preferred but not required. NP License, and verifiable references will be required. Both FNP, ANP will be considered.
