CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITIONS – Full time Permanent in Whiteville, NC
MAIN JOB TASK INCLUDE: Assisting customers both in person, and over the phone. Position will require associate to answering incoming calls and direct to the appropriate department. Maintain high standard of quality with customer relations. Must be proactive with customer needs within the areas of conflict resolution, and promptness. Researching and providing daily reports in a timely manner.
Requirements: Must be able to pass pre-employment screening i.e. drug test, background check, have a High School Diploma or GED with one year of customer service experience. Experience with Microsoft Office, ability to multitask, and detail oriented.
