Busy Realty company in Ocean Isle Beach, NC has 2 Full Time positions open; Office Coordinator, for the Housekeeping and Maintenance departments
Duties will include answering incoming calls, data entry, handling work orders that come in and sending vendors to correct any issues within the vacation rental, and other duties as assigned.
Desirable candidate will be well spoken, personable computer literate, and a team oriented people person.This position will include conflict resolution skills, assisting the maintenance manager with incoming work orders, processing paperwork, data entry, and progress of corrections etc… Heavy phone work, with the ability to multitask in a high paced environment will be needed. Computer skills are a must, we utilize Gmail when emailing.
Professionalism, with flexibility in schedule as the summers are busy and will require weekends so you must be flexible. Excellent customer service, and public relation skills are a must. Open availability during busy season is also a must.
- Coordinator Maintenance Dept : Mon/Tues/Thur 9:30am – 5:30pm and Sat 9:30am – 6pm/Sun 10am – 4pm
- Coordinator Housekeeping Dept: Mon/Tues/Wed 9am – 5pm/Sat 8:30am – 6:30pm/Rotating Sundays 8:30am – 6:30pm
Attire: Business casual (office oriented)
